Wanaport uses SNMP to track all changes in remote network devices, not just up and down status. We’ll work closely with your guests and staff to resolve most issues remotely by connecting and gaining full access to your network via a secured Office-to-Office VPN.

Wanaport also uses POE switches and PDUs (Power Distribution Units) to remotely reboot devices without the need of on-site help. Our enterprise monitoring system alerts our engineers and technicians within 5 minutes of network devices status changes so we can act quickly to resolve issues.
